I try to maintain balance in my life and keep in mind that no medical student can do every one of his hobbies every day, even if he has awesome time management skills. I really enjoy cooking and exercising regularly, but some days there just isn’t enough time to do both. Between going to class, studying, and allocating about seven hours to sleep every night, I often have to make trade-offs. But in any case, I try to do something enjoyable every day.
