Council Charge

• Meet on a monthly basis
• Focus on a few high priority issues for students, postdocs, staff, and faculty
• Identify practices that lead to extreme stress in research groups and other settings in the school
• Concentrate efforts on reducing stress on staff
• Propose solutions or identify other information to acquire or individuals or offices to interact with
