Welcome to Vanderbilt! We are thrilled that you will be spending part of your summer with us, and we hope it will be an informative and exciting research experience.
Your start date will be determined by your program, but the VSSA programming with run from Monday June 1 – Friday July 31. Seminars are held on Monday and Thursday between 12N – 1PM most weeks, but check the Calendar as there are some weeks with only one seminar.
Be sure to be in touch with your summer mentor/lab, and know what preparation and training they expect prior to your start date. We will have an Orientation on Monday June 1, which will cover some safety training, some resources, and a session on Responsible Conduct of Research.
