Myeloid Derived Suppressor Cells (MDSCs) are an immunosuppressive cell type that can contribute to establishing an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment.  I am interested in how the inflammasome signaling pathway in MDSCs within the tumor microenvironment can contribute to MDSC-mediated immune suppression and cancer metastasis.
