Jun Qian, Ph.D.

Research Assistant Professor, Massion Lab, Allergy/Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine

My primary expertise is integrating high-dimentional data including genomic and proteomic data analysis with molecular and cellular experiments to discover and validate potential novel biomarkers that contribute to human lung cancer development.  My long term research interest is to understand the mechanisms by which amplified drive genes on 3q26-29 amplicon work cooperatively and their functional implications in lung cancer progression.
