I am broadly interested in population genetics and functional genomics. My research focuses on the development and use of novel computational approaches capable of leveraging multi-omic datasets to more deeply explore the genetic architecture of disease. I am specifically interested in investigating the unique genetic etiology of lung cancer within diverse human populations.
