David Sweatt lab
The Sweatt Lab researches the epigenetics of learning and memory. My project in particular is to identify the role DNA methylation of Arc plays in regulating homeostatic synaptic scaling. I am also interested in identifying and quantifying post-translational modifications on histones that occur during the formation of a memory using an LC/MS-MS approach.
