Our lab is interested in characterizing the humoral response to Influenza and COVID-19 vaccines in different patient cohorts such as healthy healthcare workers, solid organ transplants, elderly, and pediatric individuals. We use single cell technologies to primarily investigate T cells during and after vaccination.
