I am studying the continuum from Mendelian diseases to common diseases through computational and animal model work. My interest lies in neuropsychiatric phenotypes. I use BioVU and PrediXcan to identify genes that may influence neuropsychiatric disorders as well as physical phenotypes, and model this in zebrafish.
