Glioblastoma patients whose tumors contact the neural stem cell niche have worse outcomes compared to patients whose tumors do not touch this regions. I study the biological difference between these tumor subtypes with a specific focus on their microenvironment. I use single cell tools including fluorescence and mass cytometry.
