My research in the Ferrell lab involves studying clonal evolution in hematological malignancies. We use a single cell, multi-omics approach to characterize clonal populations and cellular states in patient samples. My analysis involves the discovery of regulatory networks that generate robustness against drug perturbations and how inflammatory environments can promote clonal fitness of malignant cells.
