My current project focuses on quantitatively representing psychosis like a disease from its mentions from people’s notes in the EHR to better understand the genetics related to psychosis. Use these individual’s genetics to help inform liability for psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder for possible earlier intervention.
