Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee–Corporate Internship Program
BlueCross’ Corporate Internship Program allows college students and recent graduates the opportunity to work in a professional environment while gaining practical skills and experience. The program is designed to also assist in the development of future talent.
Who is eligible?
- college students who’ve completed at least two years of school
- recent college graduates
- students enrolled in a masters or doctoral program
Open internship positions are posted in the job section of our Career Center. While the program is intended for the summer (early May – late August), interns are hired outside of the formal program’s timeframe. The minimum internship period is one month and generally do not extend beyond 12 months. Weekly hours are 20 hours minimum but typically average 30-40 hours each week.
