Honors and Awards – September 2022
The G4 class celebrated their halfway milestone that was postponed due to COVID complete with receiving their M.P. honorary degrees! Congratulations G4s!
Kimberly Bress (G1), Neil Chada (G1), Kaitlin McKernan (G1) were inducted to the Gold Humanism Honor Society by their peers! The mission of the Gold Humanism Honor Society (GHHS) is to recognize individuals who are exemplars of humanistic patient care and who can serve as role models, mentors, and leaders in medicine.
The MSTP was well represented at the Vanderbilt Brain Institute and Neuroscience Graduate Program 25th Annual Retreat! Camille Wang (G4) received first place in the Retreat Poster Award AND the Elaine Sanders-Bush Research Award. Stephanie Cajigas (G3) received second place in the Retreat Poster Award. Maxwell Roeske (M4) received the Elaine Sanders-Bush Research Award. Dr. Danny Winder (MSTP Associate Director) received Mentor of the Year award. Congratulations to everyone!
