Jens Meiler Lab, 2024 Grad
Assistant Professor, Pharmacology, Vanderbilt University
Graduate Program: Chemical & Physical Biology
Dissertation: Integration of ligand-and structure-based cheminformatics tools with protein dynamic modeling for drug design
Hometown: Columbia Station, OH
Undergraduate Institution: Baldwin Wallace University
Research Interests: I am interested in methods development research in computer-aided drug discovery (CADD), particularly as it relates to quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) modeling, binding free energy prediction, and selectivity modeling. I am also interested in understanding how disease-causing gene variants alter the kinetics and thermodynamics of protein conformational dynamics.
