Research Interests: I am broadly interested in immunology and the mechanisms that drive inflammatory diseases. My research focuses on the role of incretin agonists, such as GLP-1R agonists, in mitigating the pathology of asthma. Specifically, I am investigating how these drugs preserve respiratory epithelial barrier integrity during viral infections and how they modulate T cell and other immune cell responses in patients with asthma.
