Minh (Amy) Tran

Graduate Student, Chemical and Physical Biology

Minh (Amy) Tran is a 2nd year student in the Chemical Physical Biology PhD program. She works on characterizing antibody-antigen interaction using a hybrid approach of computational structural prediction and hydrogen-deuterium exchange mass spectrometry. Currently, Amy is mapping the epitopes and paratopes of a new class of influenza antibodies with the potential to inform influenza vaccine design. Outside of lab, you can find her in a variety of group fitness classes at the REC center or at some bubble tea shop around Nashville.
