Housing and Parking

The Vanderbilt Summer Science Academy housing is hosted by the Vanderbilt University Office of Conferences. All students will be housed in the Highland Quad apartments. These available apartments include shared double rooms, one restroom, a communal living area, and a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, and stove. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please click here to visit the website for the Office of Conferences. Please note that the cost of meals is not included in the program. The Courtyard Café in Vanderbilt University Medical Center is available to students. There are also various dining options on the Vanderbilt Campus. Additionally there are several eateries within walking distance of the campus on 21st. Avenue, West End Avenue and Hillsboro Village, which you may want to explore for a wide variety of food options.
