commencement_cap.jpgREGALIA (required)

Caps and gowns must be worn by all ceremony participants. The deadline to rent your cap and gown is April 6, 2020. Rental regalia is the standard for all Vanderbilt ceremonies. The cost to rent regalia for people graduating with a master’s degree is about $80. If this expense is a concern for you, please contact Annie.

You will pick up your regalia from Barnes and Noble between 8am and 5pm on the Wednesday or Thursday of commencement week. You will return it on Monday, May 11 by noon (keep tassel and cap, return hood and gown).

You will hear from me and the School of Medicine’s Office of Special Events next semester with additional details. In the meantime, reserve May 8, 2020 for commencement activities and be aware of the cost of your cap and gown rental.
