Non-Degree Seeking Students
A small number of faculty and staff members of VU, VUMC, and Meharry Medical College may be granted admission as non-degree seeking students to take MPH courses and earn academic credit.
The MPH Program does not allow students to audit courses.
Admission as a non-degree seeking student does not guarantee admission to the Vanderbilt MPH Program as a degree-seeking student.
Registration in a course depends on:
- Completion of any pre-requisite courses
- Approval of the MPH Program and course instructor
- Availability of space in the course
Application Instructions
Interested faculty and staff members should contact the Vanderbilt MPH Program at least 6 weeks before the beginning of the course to request an application.
