Scheduling your protocol presentation

  • As part of PUBH 5527: Protocol Development, students will present their final protocol in the spring of their first year. 
  • Students are required to attend all protocol presentations.
  • Students will coordinate the scheduling of their protocol presentation with their primary thesis mentor before signing up for a date and time.

How to sign up for a presentation date and time

  1. Contact your primary research mentor to go over the options for protocol presentation dates and times.
    • We understand that faculty members have demanding and unpredictable schedules and not all mentors will be able to attend. Your mentor's attendance at your protocol presentation is strongly recommended, but not required if circumstances arise that are beyond your control.
  2. CLICK HERE to sign up for your top three presentation choices.
    • Not all students will receive one of their top choices. Every effort will be made to accommodate the most people.
    • The deadline to sign up is Friday, March 6.
    • Students who fail to sign up by March 6 will be assigned a presentation date and time.
    • The protocol presentation schedule will be finalized and published to this website no later than Friday, March 13.
  3. Once the protocol presentation schedule has been finalized, CLICK HERE to request a VICTR studio for your presentation date and time.

Scheduling changes

  • After March 13, scheduling changes can be made by contacting a classmate to ask if they are willing to switch presentation times with you.
  • Be sure to notify Dr. Grijalva and VICTR of the change.
