Most orientation activities are mandatory and all students are invited to attend all sessions.

Attire: Business casual. Please note that professional photographs will be taken on Monday morning.

Directions and Parking:

Village at Vanderbilt – 1500 21st Avenue South. Use either entrance and take the elevator to the second floor. The MPH Classroom is at the end of the hall, adjacent to Suite 2600. There is one-hour (enforced) visitor parking in the surface lot behind the building. There is on-street parking along 17th Avenue South. Bike racks are located by the tables outside Dunkin Donuts.

2525 West End Avenue – The building’s main elevator bank is behind the receptionist’s desk on the second floor. There is free 2-hour parking in the surface lot directly in front of the building. The 2-hour time limit is enforced. There is on-street parking off-campus, within a few blocks of the building. Bike racks are on the corner of the building by the entrance to Barnes & Noble.

Tuesday, August 25 ♦ 9am – 2pm

  • Morning Session
    • Epidemiology: 10am – 12:30pm, MPH Classroom, Village at Vanderbilt
    • Global Health: 9am – 12:30pm, Suite 725, 2525 West End Avenue
    • Health Policy: 10am – 12:30pm, Suite 2100, Village at Vanderbilt
  • Lunch Panel
    • All tracks: 12:30 – 2pm, MPH Classroom, Village at Vanderbilt
