Financial Support
This program is funded by the U.S. Department of Education training grant (# H325K190046) entitled “Project Deaf Education: Meeting Student Needs through Education, Speech, and Audiology” which addresses the high intensity needs of children and youth with hearing loss. All students must have teacher certification to be eligible for this program of study. Students with an undergraduate degree in Deaf Education are eligible for the 1-year program (3 semesters) and all other students complete 2 years (5 semesters) of study. The DHSS grant provides the following opportunities and supports to students:
Tuition award: 100% per academic year
