ADI Highlights
Vanderbilt will celebrate Black History Month during February with events aimed to acknowledge and appreciate the accomplishments of Black people on campus, across the country and around the globe. Please see this list compiled by the Bishop Joseph Johnson Black Cultural Center (BCC) on campus. The event line-up is updating daily so check the BCC’s page throughout the month. There are also many special events throughout Nashville for Black History Month, some of which can be found here. If you would like to increase your support of Black-owned bussinesses as part of Black History Month celebrations this list of businesses has great options and perhaps you’ll find a new favorite in this list of restaurants.
