Research Interests: I am interested in investigating the mechanisms underlying neuropsychiatric, neurodevelopmental, and neurodegenerative disorders and developing improved therapeutics. Specifically, I am interested in stress (especially early in life), neuroinflammation, reward/motivation, and genetic/epigenetic regulation in these disorders.
Hobbies/Interests: I love many outdoor activities, including hiking, camping, backpacking, biking, and kayaking. I also enjoy mixed martial arts, guitar/singing, as well as learning new crafts like macrame.
