Research Interests: I am interested in developmental and regenerative biology, focusing my career towards working with children with genetic diseases. For my thesis work, I am studying the role of inter-organelle interactions in cellular fitness and their role in mediating age-dependent pathophysiology. Specifically, my work focuses on understanding ER-mitochondrial interactions and how they can be manipulated to preserve homeostasis in aging.
