Research Interests: I am a molecular biologist turned computational biologist, interested in synthesizing genomic data with electronic health data to uncover molecular mechanisms and creating prediction models to guide clinical decisions. My thesis project focused on psychiatric genetic applications of such an approach, finding novel genetic architectures of suicide attempt, suicidal ideation, and treatment resistant depression.
