Research Interests: Currently my work in the Park Lab focuses on the role of mutations in the splicing factor SF3B1 in breast cancer. I utilize combination genome editing strategies to develop cellular models of SF3B1 hotspot mutations to evaluate differences in tumorigenic characteristics and targetability.
