Several members of the M2 and M1 class tested their knowledge at the Harry Potter trivia held at Soda Parlor. The M2 team (Retired Ravenclaws) placed 4th, whereas the M1 team (Witches get Snitches) placed 3rd.

Graham Johnson (M1), his wife Leah, and his son Ollie welcomed baby boy Moby into their family on August 23rd, 2017. Ollie is enjoying his new big brother status! Congratulations to Graham and his family!

Lillian Juttukonda (M3) received the Microbiology & Immunology Graduate Student of the Year departmental award. Congratulations, Lillian!

Congratulations to the Vanderbilt MSTP Students and Alumnus who were inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society! The mission of the GHHS is to recognize individuals who exemplify humanistic patient care and serve as role models, mentors, and leaders in medicine. These students and residents were selected for their commitment to patient-centered care, compassionate service, strong leadership qualities, and scholarly pursuits. 2017 GHHS inductees are Kelsey McNew (G1), Jacob VanHouten (M4), Maggie Axelrod (G1), Kelli Money (M4), and Britney Grayson ('12).
