I am the Administrator for the National Institutes of Health Clinical Electives Program.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical Electives Program (CEP) offers senior medical and dental students a wide variety of short-term clinical and research-oriented elective rotations at the NIH Clinical Center, the nation's largest hospital devoted entirely to clinical research, located in Bethesda, Maryland.  The CEP provides students with unique exposure to state-of-the-art medical care and translational research supervised by world-renowned clinician-scientists. All elective rotations are offered for academic credit.

Learn more in the attached flyer and by visiting http://www.cc.nih.gov/training/students/clinical_electives.html. Questions regarding the CEP may be directed to the NIH Clinical Center’s Office of Clinical Research Training and Medical Education at cc_od_ocrtme_cep@mail.nih.gov.
