The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University Diversity in Medicine Visiting Student Scholarship (Application Date: TBD)
The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University in collaboration with the Department of Pediatrics and the Department of Internal Medicine is sponsoring the Diversity in Medicine Visiting Student Scholarship.
The Diversity in Medicine Visiting Student Scholarship is an opportunity for qualified underrepresented (URM) students to participate in clinical electives in the Department of Pediatrics and Department of Internal Medicine at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Participants will interact with residents and faculty and will receive mentorship from the members of the Brown Minority Housestaff Association (BMHA).
Eligibility:
Fourth year medical student in good academic standing at a U.S. accredited medical school. Student must have completed all core clerkships at their home institution.

Scholarship award:
$1,000.00 for travel, housing and/or personal expenses.
