American Society of Echocardiography Scientific Sessions, Free Conference Admission with Volunteering (Admission 06/22 – 06/26)
Offer to attend the American Society of Echocardiography Scientific Sessions for Free!
The American Society of Echocardiography Scientific Sessions is the foremost scientific conference for echocardiography. If you are a medical student, resident, or fellow and have any interest in Echocardiography and would like to attend the conference for free, we are offering free attendance to people willing to serve as body models for the Point-of-care Ultrasound workshop. The ticket is assignable–if you have a friend or family member willing to volunteer as a model, you could still attend the conference for free in place of them.
The workshop entails ultrasounding the lungs and the abdomen, so male volunteers would be shirtless, and female volunteers would need to expose the abdomen, flank, and upper chest near the scapula and clavicle (a jog-bra would be acceptable). Female volunteers may opt out of the lung ultrasound and do abdominal/flank only if they prefer. Volunteers would need to be available Friday June 22nd, 2-4PM. Admission to the conference is good for all days June 22-26th.
