Opportunity to Present Oncology Research
The CIG Abstract Forum provides medical student and resident CIG members with the opportunity to present their oncology-related research to a group of their peers and oncologists at the 2018 ASCO Annual Meeting, held in Chicago, IL.
The abstract submission deadline for the CIG Abstract Forum is March 30, 2018.
CIG Abstract Forum Details
Date: Saturday, June 2, 2018
Time: 2:30–4:30pm: Abstract Presentations
4:30–5:30pm: Reception
Location: McCormick Place Convention Center, Chicago, IL
All members of your group are eligible to submit an abstract. Please review the attached guidelines for submission and eligibility information.
If accepted to the Forum, presenters should plan to attend the ASCO Annual Meeting. Institutions often provide funding to students with research being presented at conferences or scientific meetings. I encourage you to begin working with your institution as soon as possible to determine whether they would be able to offer funding.
