Our joint professional development conference is just a few short months away, and your insight and experience is invaluable as we prepare for this unique event. We are committed to the support and transformation of learning environments, and a vision of a more inclusive, diverse, and efficient medical education community.
As we strive to meet these goals, your front-line perspective is essential to shaping our agenda. Submit your session proposal today, and share your success stories, lessons learned, and the opportunities we have to change the lives of students both at our institutions today and as we shape the future of our health workforce.
By collaborating with our colleagues in Careers-in-Medicine and the Organization of Student Representatives, we hope to provide a robust and solution-rich program that engages all attendees. You are especially encouraged to submit session content related to:
- Creating optimal learning environments for faculty, staff, and learners
- Resources, tools, and effective practices for learners, student affairs, student diversity affairs, admissions, records, advisors, and financial aid professionals
- Implementing the Professional Development Initiative (PDI) framework for talent management, and strategic planning
- Real-time collaboration and problem-solving for the challenges facing our GSA, CiM, and OSR communities
