Lifelines Literary Journal – Call for Submissions
Lifelines, Dartmouth Medical School’s journal of literature and art in medicine, is now accepting submissions for its tenth issue. We are pleased to invite submissions of original and unpublished short stories, essays, non-fiction, poetry, and artwork.
The journal has featured work by Guggenheim Fellows, winners of the William Carlos Williams Poetry Competition, physicians, medical students, and undergraduates, as well as from new authors and artists.
Lifelines is committed to exploring the experience of illness and practice of medicine. While we will consider a broad range of subject matter for publication, we look for pieces that represent or address the medical experience in some way.
If you could forward this email and the attached flyer to your students, I would be extremely grateful. This is a great opportunity for talented medical students to be published and share their work with a larger community of readers and viewers. The call for submissions goes out to many medical schools nationwide.
