ASPIRE CV / Resume Drop In Clinic

The BRET Office of Career Development ASPIRE Program provides a CV/Resume Drop-in Clinic for VU and VUMC biomedical sciences PhD students and postdoctoral fellows. We are happy to review CVs, NIH biosketches, resumes, LinkedIn profiles, or other professional documents you use in a job search.

Drop in for a visit on Tuesdays from 11:30a-12:30p in Light Hall 707 (*note new location) or request a document review via the form below.

**Please note: we will be CANCELING DROP IN CLINIC on December 23 and December 30.

Monthly, we also provide a Satellite Drop-In Clinic on the third Thursdays of the month from 2:00-3:00pm in 2525 West End. In December, we will hold this opportunity on Thursday, December 11 in the 1040 Classroom in the 2525 West End Building.

Can’t make it to Drop-In Clinic? Complete this Google form to request a document review.

Note: Appointments are available during weekday hours of 10am-5pm.

Our advice will align with the two resources:

Please note that the drop-in clinic is for biomedical research trainees only. Sorry, but we are unable to serve VU or VUMC staff or residents. Students in professional health sciences programs (e.g. nursing, medicine, public health) should contact their program for assistance preparing a CV or resume consistent with standards in their field.
