Catherine O'Connor, is an associate principal with McKinsey and Company. Prior to joining McKinsey, she was conducting her doctoral research in Biochemistry at UC Berkley. After joining McKinsey she moved to their Dallas office where she is in her current role. Despite her busy schedule, she is eager to help advance degree candidates and share her journey so far leading up to her current job.
