David Nilson, RN OCN CCRC
President, Greater Nashville Chapter, ACRP
David Nilson, RN OCN CCRC is the current President of the Greater Nashville Chapter of ACRP. He has been a nurse for over 26 years and in oncology clinical research since 2003. He has held the positions of Research Nurse, Site Manager and Clinical Research Director. David is currently the Phase 2/3 Research Nurse for the Sarah Cannon Center for Blood Cancers. He has been an active member of ACRP since 2000 and is a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator. He has a BSN and a BS in Chemistry/Biochemistry from Purdue University.
Laura Ambler, CCRC
Vice-President, Greater Nashville Chapter, ACRP
Laura Ambler is currently Vice President of the Greater Nashville Chapter of ACRP and is certified as a clinical research coordinator. After starting her career in basic research looking at the genetics of autoimmune disorders, she moved into clinical research. She now has over a decade of experience in the field having worked at the site, sponsor, and CRO level. She is currently a project manager at Covance and has a focus in early phase oncology.

Wendy Lloyd is a protocol analyst with Vanderbilt Human Research Protections Program. She has worked in research at Vanderbilt for over 15 years. Wendy is passionate about speaking to people and educating them about research.
