University of Notre Dame is hiring an Associate Director of Foundation Relations
The Associate Director will create and manage a system of support for the Directors of Foundation Relations to better enable them to maximize the effectiveness of their efforts. The primary function of Associate Director will be managing the submission process for a portfolio of grant opportunities spanning Notre Dame's campus, with focus on grant proposals valued at $10,000-$500,000. This will include working with faculty and foundation representatives when appropriate. Secondary functions of the position include creating and maintaining a system for publicizing grant opportunities on Foundation Relations website; data analytics, including but not limited to creating and maintaining a system for analyzing Foundation Relations performance historically at ND and compared to aspirational peers; and working with the senior director and directors to submit timely stewardship reports, often via electronic systems managed by external foundations.
