Posted by on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 in Announcements .

We are seeking a post-doctoral researcher to join the Brain Imaging and Electrophysiology
Network (BIEN) laboratory in the Department of Neurological Surgery at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.
The position would be available in 2023. Dario Englot, MD, PhD is a neurosurgeon and neuroscientist and the principal investigator of the BIEN lab. Please see our lab website at www.englotlab.com.
This post-doc position will focus on one of a few potential projects using advanced network analyses with functional MRI, structural MRI, or intracranial EEG data, or combining techniques for a multimodal approach. A major goal of the lab is to understand how seizures in epilepsy patients lead to dysfunction in brain networks related to cognition, behavior, and consciousness. We are also interested in how network analysis can improve clinical treatment, and how networks may change after surgical procedures.
