Dr. Lori Rudolph-Owen is an accomplished C-suite executive with 25 plus years of experience in various roles in biotech and pharma companies. Dr. Rudolph-Owen received her PhD in Cell Biology from Vanderbilt University where she also pursued a postdoctoral fellowship in the department of Biochemistry. She began her career in Oncology Drug Discovery at Millennium Pharmaceuticals (now Takeda Oncology) and then progressed into roles ranging from managing drug development programs to leading portfolio management between research and business units in companies including Vertex Pharmaceuticals, MGI Pharma, AMAG Pharmaceuticals (now Eisai), Pfizer, Inc., and TESARO. Dr. Rudolph-Owen then moved into C-suite senior executive leadership positions and is currently the Chief Development Officer at 4:59 Initiative, a 5AM ventures company.
