Dr. Kramlinger was a postdoctoral fellow in the department of Biochemistry at Vanderbilt University where she studied cytochrome P450-mediated small-molecule metabolism, and received her PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biophysics from the University of Minnesota. At the end of her postdoc fellowship, Dr. Kramlinger joined Amgen as a Scientist in Pharmacokinetics and Drug Metabolism and has supported departmental efforts toward small molecule therapeutic programs within the neuroscience and oncology areas. More recently, she was the Senior Director at the Warren Center for Neuroscience Drug Discovery. Currently back in Amgen, she serves role as Senior Principal Scientist at Amgen.

 

Dr. Aluise is the Director of Toxicology projects at Karuna Therapeutics, a Bristol Myers Squibb company. He is a leader with 10 years of industry experience supporting teams throughout all phases of drug development, from pre-portfolio entry to late Phase 3 clinical trials. Prior to his entry into the pharmaceutical industry world, Dr. Aluise was a postdoctoral fellow in the department of Biochemistry at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Aluise received his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Miami University, and his PhD in Biological Chemistry, with a focus on neuroscience, from the University of Kentucky.
