AdvancED Teaching Statement Office Hours
AdvancED is hosting two Teaching Statement Office Hours sessions. Anyone working on a teaching philosophy for job applications is welcome and encouraged to stop by! These sessions will begin with an optional 30-minute mini-workshop on teaching statement best practices; the rest of the time will be dedicated to collaborative working sessions and individual consultations with AdvancED’s educational development staff.
The office hours will take place in Baker 805 on:
- Tuesday, November 18 at 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
- Wednesday, November 19 at 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Participants are welcome to join us for the initial workshop (1:30 PM – 2:00 PM each day) or just drop in for help with their own teaching statement. Drafts are encouraged but not required.
