CDC Laboratory Leadership Service Fellowship program
The CDC funds and supports post-doctoral fellows for 2 years, at no cost to the host institution. These PhD-level (biological sciences) fellows are expected to provide service towards the host institution and are assigned 10 key roles including laboratory operations and supervision, quality improvement, biosafety, communications and also laboratory / bench -specific work as well.
The CDC Arctic Investigations Program will be partnering with Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium for a new and unique host site application that will host a 2-year LLS Fellow at both CDC AIP and ANTHC, further strengthening CDC-ANTHC partnerships and further supporting CDC AIP’s mission of promoting health communities in the Arctic.
The Applicant Deadline is JUNE 3. The fellowship will not begin until July 2025, and so applicants that are in their final year of completing their PhD are eligible (see eligibility criteria in flyer and website for more information).
