Life Sciences Market Analyst Intern
Covalent Properties
July-October, 2025
Nashville, TN (remote)
Goals of Internship: Develop a report for publication that is a market analysis of laboratory space and advanced manufacturing in the Middle TN area. This would include space currently utilized (leased and managed) or available for lease by the real estate community. This might even include specific buildings designed uniquely for this use (ie Innovation Park). The intent of the report is to educate those in the area and outside the area of the availability and emerging market in this sector.
Seeking someone with an interest in the local life sciences sector. They would be asked to utilize any and all resources including calls to brokerages and online databases of existing spaces. The report would include their profile as co-authors of the market report and would be an excellent experience in tapping into the real estate market in Middle TN. The report will be shared broadly among the sector in the area and anyone interested in relocating, including advocacy groups, real estate groups, and economic development groups, in addition to the individual companies in this space.
