Giovanni Armenise Harvard Foundation Career Development Award
The Giovanni Armenise – Harvard Foundation supports basic scientific research at Harvard Medical School and in Italy with several different programs (http://www.armeniseharvard.org for more information).
In particular, the Career Development Award (“CDA”) is designed to foster young, newly independent researchers, making it possible for them to join and enhance the Italian scientific community, and to strengthen and develop collaborative relationships between Italian scientists and those at Harvard Medical School (HMS) in Boston.
The award consists of three-to-five years of funding (200,000 USD /year) and, since its establishment, has been granted to 20 researchers who have achieved meaningful results and recognition, thanks to their excellent work.
The Giovanni Armenise–Harvard Foundation is pleased to announce it will be offering a CDA to a promising young scientist, currently not in Italy, who wishes to establish a basic biological science laboratory in an Italian institute or university.
The application process (see https://armeniseharvard.org/apply/) is now open and the deadline is July 15, 2024.
Sincerely, The Giovanni Armenise-Harvard Foundation
Deadline for the submission of applications is July 15, 2024
