Science Corps was founded by Dr. Eddy Rubin, CSO at Metabiota and a geneticist and genomicist who has spent more than 25 years as a member of the faculty of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in Berkeley, California where he also served as the Director of the DOE Joint Genome Institute where he played a major role in the Human Genome Project.
Our mission is to take recent STEM Ph.D. graduates, as Science Corps fellows, and have them teach in scientifically developing countries.
