TechVenture Challenge announcing a call for participants; Interest meeting on March 13th
We are excited to announce a call for participants in this year's TechVenture Challenge. The TechVenture Challenge is a 6-week business plan competition (March through April 2018) designed to accelerate the commercialization of Vanderbilt technologies that culminates in a pitch to industry experts and executives. Interdisciplinary student teams will be educated on commercialization strategies, facilitates networking between researchers and business professionals, and showcases emerging intellectual property from Vanderbilt University. TVC has a history of accelerating the commercialization of many successful startups. Think Shark Tank but with high tech companies.
On Tuesday, March 13th at 5:30pm in Light Hall 512 we will be hosting an interest meeting where potential participants can learn more about the TechVenture Challenge and also learn about the technologies in this challenge.
We hope to see you at the meeting and as a participant in this year's challenge.
