Big / Little Event at Nashville Sounds
Within the colleges, first years are assigned a second year to be their "big" so the first year can have someone to help navigate medical school and ask questions about classes or what to do in Nashville. This will continue all four years so individuals can continue to seek advice from their bigs even as second and third years. As everyone has a big and a little, families will also develop offering more upperclassman that people can receive guidance from. In the spring, a big/little event is held where families attend a Nashville Sound's baseball game, giving an opportunity to socialize and catch up.
