Fall Hike with Wilderness Med Society

Vandy med students enjoyed some fall foliage and wonderful company this November when the Wilderness Med Society hosted a day hike at South Cumberland State Park! They went on a moderate-difficulty 9.6-mile hike on the Fiery Gizzard Trail. The trail featured beautiful waterfalls and red and orange fall hues. Wilderness Med even provided snacks and gas compensation for those who offered to carpool. Just one of the many ways Vandy med students stay active and well!
